The World Bank today announced a Bailout Plan for the US Government's quickly failing $700-billion Bailout Plan. Although full details have yet to be released, leaked sources indicate that terms of the bailout will include the requirement that the President of the United States refer to the Secretary General of the United Nations as "My gracious Overlord."
Other requirements of the bailout bailout may include moving the United States capitol from swampy Washington DC to Dubai. When members of the World Bank Board of Governors were asked for a statement, The Honourable Dr. Samuel C. Mumbengegwi, Minister of Finance, Zimbabwe, collapsed to the floor, laughing hysterically. He was transported to Parirenyatwa Hospital for treatment. He is expected to make full recovery unless news of the US Auto Industry's requests for financial assistance reaches him.
I'm not sure why, but it reminds me of the scene on one of the newer Star Wars movies where Governor Palpatine becomes Emperor Palpatine.
