Biography
I'm Elephant's Child, married to the Mad Musician since 1996. We're raising Sparkle Kitty in a small town in Flyover Country. I grew up in West Africa; Mad Musician grew up in a town of 45,000 or so in the Upper Midwest.
Mad Musician is a pipe organ technician. And I homeschool Sparkle Kitty, keep house, sew, garden, blog, read, and love my husband.
Work worth doing; a life worth living.
Interests
sewing, old houses, obsolete technology, pipe organs, life in flyover country, African politics, non-fiction (who's got time for fiction?), raising Sparkle Kitty, dogs, gardening, frugal living, living well, needling the stupid. Among other things.
